For learning Salesforce from the Scratch, Apart from the Sfdc99.com also follow Salesforce Apex Developer Book and the Salesforce Fundamentals. I know its easy to say and hard to grasp everything. Considering one step at a time give a try going forward if you can do everything by yourself.
